Cordoba - New Nylon String Classical Guitars
Classical
guitars are as popular as ever, so World Music Nashville has added yet
another classical guitar line. We have chosen Cordoba as an excellent
match to many of our customer requests. If your heart and fingers yearn
for the sweet sounds of a nylon stringed guitar, we have new models that
will warm your musical heart and soothe your tender wallet. Cordoba's
luthier built instruments are an exceptional value. They look, play, and
sound "well" above their asking price.
The
Cordoba line-up features traditional classical designs and modern
FUSION models. The Fusion guitars are high-quality hybrid nylon-string
guitars designed to play and feel like steel-string acoustics. The necks
are carved thinner than traditional Spanish-style “classical” guitars
and have a narrower nut width. These slimmer dimensions combined with a
radiused fingerboard give the Fusion series the feel and playability
that most steel-string acoustic and electric players expect. Regardless
of the more modern feel of the instrument, the Fusion models have all
the warmth, body, and resonance of traditional classical nylon-string
guitars. Cordoba creates that familiar warm tone by building these
instruments using traditional Spanish guitar methods like domed
soundboards and fan bracing patterns.
